Shipping Policy:
• Most Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx and UPS.• Orders usually ship within 24hrs. Some Items, depending on shipping location make take longer to ship, but each customer will be advised of any delays.
• Orders placed for 2 or more items may ship from multiple locations and incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be advised of these situations before any charges are made to a credit card.
• Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
• Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
• All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed.
• We ship to anywhere in the continental US for the fee specified during checkout.
• Our shipping prices do not include shipping to addresses outside the continental US or Internationally. Non-continental US residents must email for a shipping quote.
Crocs Availability:
As most of you already know, Demand for Crocs products is outpacing the manufacturers ability to supply product, especially in the case of new models of footwear. Some models and colors are not available from Crocs at any given time. In addition, our inventory literally changes by the minute. If your item is not available for shipment, we will notify you of when the item is expected to arrive, and other color options in the same model. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless the item is ready to ship. Crocs are the sole reason we do not offer real-time credit card processing. We do this in order to avoid unnecessary charges and credits to our customers.Backorders:
We strive to maintain accurate availability for products offered on our site.Our Retail store and Shipping Center stocks thousands of products that are ready for immediate shipment.

*We will gladly accept returns on items puchased from PoolsuppliesToGo.com with certain exceptions*We do not accept returns on the following items: Special Orders, Replacement Parts, Electrical Items, Vinyl Liners, Chemicals, Interfab Products, and used items such as heaters, pool cleaners, pumps, filters, filter cartridges, and toys.
