Riley's Wish
The Foundation was created not only in Riley's
memory but also with her help. The logo we use and cherish is based
on one of her last works of art - as with nearly every drawing she created,
it features a bright yellow sun. The hope reflected in that sun shines
through and inspires every part of our mission.
Her wish to give toys to children with brain
tumors has already become a reality with the development of our "Sunshine
Bear" program. Profits from the sale of these bears, enables us
to provide pediatric cancer patients with these bright, cuddly bears.
The Sunshine Bear program will expand with the introduction of a new
"Riley Collection" bear each year in memory of Riley's Wish.
The Foundation will continue to develop programs to fulfill Riley's
Wish to spread sunshine to other diagnosed girls and boys.
