SHIPPING POLICIESWe usually ship orders within 24 hrs. If this is not possible (back orders or shortages) we will notify you by email. Your credit card will not be charged until the material has shipped.ORDER CANCELLATIONSAn order may be cancelled before it is shipped (without penalty).Orders that are cancelled after shipment will need an RGA# (issued by us). Material must have been purchased within the last 30 days. All products requested to be returned must be in original carton/box and in resale able condition. Customer will be responsible for return freight. If these criteria are met upon inspection, credit will be issued. At this point in time we do not apply restocking charges to a costumer’s mistake. DAMAGED SHIPMENTSIf an order comes in damaged, Sign for it DAMAGED and accept the order. We will work it out with you. Possession is still 9/10th of the law.Contrary to popular belief, if you refuse a shipment, it doesn’t come back to us (the shipper). It goes to the twilight zone, never to be seen again. OOPS!If we make a mistake, we will fix it.CARRIERSWe use UPS and Fed-Ex as our normal carriers. |
