Company History Corporate Cuisine Inc. is an East Bay based upscale full service foodservice company, dedicated to servicing the HealthCare Industry. Corporate Cuisine, Inc was established in 1986 in Union Square San Francisco where we concentrated on serving the staff and visitors of 450 Sutter Medical Building. In 1991 we opened a suburban Cafe in Walnut Creek which is still in operation under the name of Cafe Briochery. The Briochery established itself as a high quality, high volume Cafe which caters to many of the staff at Kaiser Shadelands on Lennon Lane. In 1992 we established a delivery service to Kaiser Permanente Hospital in downtown Walnut Creek where we delivered an average of 150 lunches daily to the doctors and staff. Cafe Mocha's was opened in 1994 in the Danville Hotel where we catered to an upscale clientele base of professionals and continued to service Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek. Good quality, service, and menu selection were key factors in Cafe Mocha's establishing itself as a vendor with Kaiser. In 1996 Cafe Mocha's established its first Cafe Mocha at Kaiser location in Walnut Creek, and we presently service the staff as well as the visitors there. In 1997 we opened Cafe Mocha's at Kaiser Vallejo, in 1998 we opened Cafe Mocha at Kaiser Martinez, and in January 2000 opened Vallejo's Regional Call Center. At the present time we also service Richmond, Oakland, Hayward and Fremont facilities. |
