1. Pull up the top cover of the printer.

1. Pull up the top cover of the printer.

2. Push each custom ink cartridge into the
cartridge hold.
|
|
1. Insert each ink cartridge to cartridge
hold.
|
3. Attached the tubing hold to the front
panel of the printer.
|

4. pull out the plug from each air vent
|
|
1. Pull out the plug to open the air vent.
|
5. Pull out the air from the attachment.
|
|
1. Insert the needle into each cartridge head
inside the printer, then pull back the syringe hold, until the tubing fill
with ink.
|
6. Return the top cover of the printer.
|
|
1. Use velcro to attach the attachment to the
front panel of the printer.

1. Insert the custom ink cartridges in the
cartridge hold,and put the balance bar on the top of ink cartridges.
|
|
|
|
|
2. Closed the cartridge cover.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Move the printer head to the right side of
the printer, then attach the duck tape on the front panel to fix the tubing,
so the shape of the tubing will look like "C" .
|

|
|
|
4. With velcro to attach the attachment to
the right panel of the printer, and attach the clip to the front panel of
the printer
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. Pull out the air from the attachment.
|
|
|
|
|
|
6. Return the top cover of the printer.

Cannon Install Instruction:
CIA Installation:
Install the printer drive from the manufacturer
Power off the printer.
Open the printer top cover.
Removed the orange cap from each cartridge.
Put the cartridges into the printer.
Install the tubing through printer front-bottom area.
The tubing through the gap that located at up the paper out area to out the
printer.
Use two wire to fix the tubing with the cartridge holder.
Use the another two wire to fix the tubing with the printer front frame.
Use your hand to move the cartridge holder to left end, then right end.
Make sure the moving is smooth, no noise at all.
If you got any noise, need to adjust those two wires position with the cartridge
holder.
If you still got the noise, call (856)751-8320 for support, do not power on the
printer.
If you got no noise, then power on the printer.
Close the top cover of the printer
Power on the printer
Test the printer.
Is the print out ok?
If no good , then try to do clean print head by using the maintenance function
( from computer desktop start => settings => printers => right click the mose
with
the printer icon => properties => maintenance => deep clean)
if no good , then call (856)751-8320 for support, do not continue more work.
If the print out is good.
The wire from the tubing with black ink will be named as the first wire, and
second
wire.
Cut the end of first wire from the tubing, connecting it to the bottom of the
black ink
bottle for ink through.
Cut the end of second wire from the tubing, connecting it to the top of the
black ink
bottle for air through.
Cut the end of third wire from the tubing, connecting it to the bottom of the
blue ink
bottle for ink through.
Cut the end of forth wire from the tubing, connecting it to the top of the blue
ink
bottle for air through.
Cut the end of fifth wire from the tubing, connecting it to the bottom of the
red ink
bottle for ink through.
Cut the end of sixth wire from the tubing, connecting it to the top of the red
ink
bottle for air through.
Cut the end of seventh wire from the tubing, connecting it to the bottom of the
yellow
ink bottle for ink through.
Cut the end of the last wire from the tubing, connecting it to the top of the
yellow ink
bottle for air through.
Put the right ink to the correct bottles.
Close each cap.
